Studio BE has a Performing Arts Venue License and been granted an occupancy placard for 109 patrons. Our non-profit venue and those conducting business on our premise can legally vend tickets to performing arts related events. The studio comes equipped with a complete sound system, lighting grid with house light plot, 85 comfortable & easily movable chairs, 10′ x14′ rear projection screen and projector, 1/2 kitchen with fridge, piano, dressing room area, lounge area, and an accommodating staff. Also… location location location. Studio BE is located just steps off the Belmont El stop… where the Brown, Red, and Purple lines all stop. Pay lot parking for the Vic Theater is just 100 ft north of our building.

Whether you want to produce a play, screen a film, perform some comedy, hold a dance show, play an acoustic set, or hold an open mic event, renting Studio BE allows you to sell tickets to your performing arts event at whatever price you determine. Also, we are a BYOB venue. Yes, your patrons can bring their own booze to consume during your performance event.
