~A hilarious tale of greed, corruption, love, and revolution in a time when water is worth its weight in gold.~

In a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage, caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. The citizens must use public amenities, regulated by a single powerful and no good company that profits by charging admission for one of humanity’s most basic needs. Amid the people, a hero decides he’s had enough, and plans a revolution to lead them all to freedom!

We’ll sing a lot. We’ll dance, a lot. We’ll talk about ourselves and these characters, and figure out how to marry the two.  Economics, comedy and satire, and historical revolution will also be in the potJ

Summer at Studio BE is really something special. We’re real. We’re smart and super goofy~ We create some truly fantastic theatre…every time. We train performers, and mold characters. Come BE with us~

Studio BE TEEN Summer Performing Arts Camp~

Arts & Culture Immersion

Studio BE is a haven of personal and social development as well as a training ground in the performing arts. Studio BE Summer Arts & Culture Immersion is a built-in part of our learning experience, taking place during the first half of the day for two weeks out of the summer. Exploring Art and Culture in this rich city we call home helps our learners to develop and see themselves and their world reflected in interesting and effective ways.

Field trips to little known museum gems around the city, a thrift shopping mission that culminates in a fashion show, figure drawing and Art History, Urban Farming and Recycling, and volunteer operations occupy this valuable time. We also go to the beach, and play :)
